The $13 million refurbishment of the Mirvac hotel, the Sebel Citigate Albert Park involved room upgrades as well as a reinvention of public areas including the restaurant, café, main lobby and bar. Working with a project management firm, we orchestrated a staged approach to renovations, allowing for the hotel to be fully operational throughout the refit. The project won the 2009 Property Council of Australia’s Innovation and Excellence Award for Tourism and Leisure Development.
